All questionsWhat do I need to play?
The free Moonlight app on your device (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, Apple TV and more), a controller or keyboard and mouse, and a solid internet connection. Wired or 5 GHz Wi-Fi works best.
Do games with anti-cheat work?
Most do. Games using Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye generally work on cloud PCs. Riot Vanguard (Valorant) is unreliable on virtual machines, so don't count on it.
How does playtime work?
Your plan adds hours every day at midnight in your time zone. Unused hours bank up to a maximum (6h on Budget, 8h on Premium), which is also the most you can play in one day without hour packs. Only the minutes your PC is on and ready count, and the last partial minute of a session is free.
What if I forget to turn it off?
Your PC shuts down by itself after 15 minutes with nobody connected, so it doesn't eat your hours. You'll see a "Still playing?" prompt first.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from the billing page. You keep playing until the end of the month you paid for. Your disk is kept for 14 days after that, in case you come back.
